 Insure, technically, the adequacy of human resources and needs expressed
 Define the needs of evolution and propose the necessary investments
 Propose and develop the training plan of the technical staff

 Management of subcontracting works
 Drawing up of maintenance agreements
 Setting up of the annual action plans

Job description

 Organization and setting up of action plans in order to insure the quality of the products supplied by the Company

Actions :

 Control of the incoming raw materials
 Analysis planning
 Coordination of the quality actions (preventive and corrective)
 Following up f the of control of the finished and semi-finished works
 Resolution of quality problems
 Establishment of anomaly and nonconformity files
 Validation of finished products
 Approval of suppliers and subcontractors reliabilities
 Drawing up of the weldings book
 Welding control
 Solderer’s qualification
 Control of the wagons tests
