Responsibilities:
- To lead and supervise all operations & activities of services provided on sites for Saudi Aramco Well Completion Operations including but not limited to:
• Stimulation Treatment (Fracturing): Proppant Frac, Acid Frac & Acid Stimulation.
• Coil_Tubing Services (CTS): Wellbore Displacement (Clean out), Acid / Solvent Squeeze, Injection Test, Milling of Plugs / Frac Ports & Nitrogen Lifting,
• Wire line: Isolation (Set Plug) & Perforation
• Slick line: Drift the well (Gauge cutter), Set / Unset Plugs, LIB (Lead Impression Block), Bottom hole Pressure / Temperature Survey & Fishing operations.
• Well Testing: Flow the well for Clean-up, Evaluate well behaviour / production, Monitor & Control Pressure Tests for Surface equipment, Control & Maintain WHP while intervention operations, Monitor Pressure of Annulas (TCA & CCA’s).
• Well services: Operate X-Tree, Integrity Test, Chemicals inventory, Supervise Backside operations (Pressure Test & Control TCA Pressure), Operational logistics (Lights, Diesel, Water, Lifting equipment, etc.), Site preparation, Rig up / down, Site move, Supervise Camp Set up, Loading, Offloading & Equipment QA/QC.
- To take actions of planning, coordination and execution of the well operations program.
- Ensure commitments to SLB - QHSE Standards & Policies and Saudi Aramco SOP’s & GI’s for all areas of responsibility with the best economical and technical efficiency.
- Ensure operations to prevent well control, Stuck pipe and any other hazards.
- Act as focal point for wellsite communication and manage all services provided on site by third parties ensuring comply contractual specifications and to approve timesheets & invoices, including but not limited to: Power generation, Communications, Transportation, Accommodation, Catering, Compressors, Tower lights, Water, Diesel supply & others.
- Manage proper inventory, Auxiliary subcontractors to comply with Aramco site requirements e.g. Mechanical lifting & Emergency services like H2S.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals with presentations of specialty oilfield services cooperating with international manufacturers & services companies, to be provided for Saudi Aramco and other clients; Oil-Companies in GCC & Iraq-North such as: PVT-Services of Sampling & Critical Analysis which is vital for reservoir management, Exploration and Production Engineering.
- Communicate international Manufacturers/suppliers looking for “Technical Partners” and prepare business agreements for different industrial services.
- Supervise activities of new business lines in field of Water treatment collaborating with German Manufacturer to supply specialty products & services in KSA.
- Study and prepare for a project of specialty pipes (RTP) for Saudi Aramco and other targeted clients including installation & maintenance. An agreement with international manufacturer is under processing to represent & conduct services in GCC.
- Coordinate & follow up to perform feasibility study for a project of manufacturing specialty chemicals in Saudi Arabia such as: Calcium Carbonite, Sodium-Silicates and specialty chemical for crude oil processing such as: Demulsifier.
- Develop company profile & website content reflecting capability of create successful business with internal / external partners.
- Manage administration & sales activities for different segments.
In conjunction with Wellsite Supervisor, work to lead and control all activities related to Oil & Gas producing & processing, including:
Supervise well-intervention operations utilizing Wire line, Coil Tubing, Slickline, Well-testing & maintenance.
Supervise Lab activities to control the quality of produced Oil including:
a. Collect representative samples, figure out Density / S.G, calculate API and perform lab tests of H2S-Content (ppm), BS&W (%), PVP (psi) & Salinity (ptb).
b. Coordinate between Lab and plant (EPF) to operate the process equipment under best conditions (Pressure, Temperature & Level) which produce crude oil comply with contracted specs principally remove of H2S and to obtain accepted RVP.
c. Calculate & Monitor chemicals dosing rates such as: H2S-Scavenger & Demulsifier.
Operate wellhead valves / chock manifold for Oil - production well as per well program
Heating of crude oil into Heat-Exchangers with monitoring set-points.
Operate three phase separators through standard Procedure with specific operating pressure, temperature and oil specification.
Calculate quantity of produced Oil: gross / net production, gas quantity and GOR.
Participates in maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the procedures in place.
Conduct regular inspection and audit of the facilities, firefighting systems, safety equipment cooperating with HSE-team in order to identify and eliminate hazards to health, safety and the environment.
Handling admin activities in the sites like: Timesheet & Schedule, Purchasing-Requests, Employees Data-Base & Travelling, and prepare materials & professional requests for required equipment, tools & chemicals for the site.
Participate in preparing Technical Proposals of supply Production Services for different clients.
According to “four years” contract with Saudi Aramco to provide specialty Oilfield Services for EXPEC ARC (Exploration & Petroleum Engineering Center and Advanced Research Center), Pressurized Hydrocarbon Fluid Testing and Sampling Services had been performed professionally.
Duties:
Supervise provided services at Aramco sites before, during and after the job ensuring to be conducted according to Aramco Standards.
Coordinate as Focal Point with Saudi Aramco Engineers & Supervisors regarding the job, certificates, documents, invoices utilizing Saudi Aramco Portal and follow up.
Perform the required registration as supplier for targeted customers and activate this registration continuously by professional communication & visits.
Build a strong comprehensive classified Data Base for customers, suppliers and products.

Daily tasks:

Supervise all activities related to Oil & Gas production & processing include:
- Handle heavy crude oil production from different types of production wells.
- Supervise on-well operations of E-Line, Coil Tubing, Slickline & well maintenance.
- Operate three phase separators for oil & gas wells through standard Procedure with different operating pressure, temperature and oil specification.
- Report well head pressure, choke size, flow line pressure / temperature, gas out let orifice size, meters factors& shrinkage factor.
- Drain the produced water after settling & chemical treatment through drainage system connected to injection wells.
- Determine quantity of produced oil, gross production, net oil, gas quantity and GOR.
- Measure S.G 60/60 on representative samples and witness required analysis especially: BS&W, Water by Distillation, Salt Content and Pour Point.
- Calculate the standard quantity of crude oil in different international units like (Barrels, cubic meter, gallon, long ton… & metric ton) and calculate API, density in air / vacuum.
- Shipping oil by pipeline to the refinery and monitor dosing of chemicals like corrosion / scale inhibitors.
- Inspect, calibrate and adjust different types of level & pressure control valves.
- Promptly respond to all reports of unsafe conditions / activities, accidents and near misses.
