- To lead and supervise all operations & activities of services provided on sites for Saudi Aramco Well Completion Operations including but not limited to:
• Stimulation Treatment (Fracturing): Proppant Frac, Acid Frac & Acid Stimulation.
• Coil_Tubing Services (CTS): Wellbore Displacement (Clean out), Acid / Solvent Squeeze, Injection Test, Milling of Plugs / Frac Ports & Nitrogen Lifting,
• Wire line: Isolation (Set Plug) & Perforation
• Slick line: Drift the well (Gauge cutter), Set / Unset Plugs, LIB (Lead Impression Block), Bottom hole Pressure / Temperature Survey & Fishing operations.
• Well Testing: Flow the well for Clean-up, Evaluate well behaviour / production, Monitor & Control Pressure Tests for Surface equipment, Control & Maintain WHP while intervention operations, Monitor Pressure of Annulas (TCA & CCA’s).
• Well services: Operate X-Tree, Integrity Test, Chemicals inventory, Supervise Backside operations (Pressure Test & Control TCA Pressure), Operational logistics (Lights, Diesel, Water, Lifting equipment, etc.), Site preparation, Rig up / down, Site move, Supervise Camp Set up, Loading, Offloading & Equipment QA/QC.
- To take actions of planning, coordination and execution of the well operations program.
- Ensure commitments to SLB - QHSE Standards & Policies and Saudi Aramco SOP’s & GI’s for all areas of responsibility with the best economical and technical efficiency.
- Ensure operations to prevent well control, Stuck pipe and any other hazards.
- Act as focal point for wellsite communication and manage all services provided on site by third parties ensuring comply contractual specifications and to approve timesheets & invoices, including but not limited to: Power generation, Communications, Transportation, Accommodation, Catering, Compressors, Tower lights, Water, Diesel supply & others.
- Manage proper inventory, Auxiliary subcontractors to comply with Aramco site requirements e.g. Mechanical lifting & Emergency services like H2S.

 Participates in maintenance of all equipment in accordance with the procedures in place.
 Conduct regular inspection and audit of the facilities, firefighting systems, safety equipment cooperating with HSE-team in order to identify and eliminate hazards to health, safety and the environment.
