- Full Responsibility of pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Artificial Lift Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) For Both Offshore and Onshore.
- Troubleshooting, Programming, Modification and Maintenance different kinds of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), VFD Controller and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Fast Commissioning of VFD Parameters by personal laptop with special PC to VFD Cable and VFD software’s of difference brand of VFD.
- Troubleshooting, Programming, Installing and Repairing Zenith Sensors (Surface Panel and Downhole).
- Operating, Monitor and Troubleshooting of Artificial Lift (ESP) Electrical Submersible Pumps.
- Full Responsibility of Installation, pulling, pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Artificial Lift including Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP), and Y tool for PLT Job -(Work as a team leader )
- Troubleshooting, Programming, Modification and Maintenance different kinds of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), VFD Controller and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Fast Commissioning of VFD Parameters by personal laptop with special PC to VFD Cable and VFD software’s of difference brand of VFD.
- Troubleshooting, Programming, Installing and Repairing Novomet Sensors (Surface Panel and Downhole).
- Operating, Monitor and Troubleshooting of Artificial Lift(ESP) Electrical Submersible Pumps
- Power Cable splicing and testing, assists the subsequent installation of tubing and banding of cable.
Full Responsibility of Installation, pulling and Commissioning of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and Y tool for PLT JOP (Work as a team leader )
- Troubleshooting, Programming, Modification and Maintenance different kinds of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
- Repairing Failures VFD by flowing internal Electrical Circuit Diagram of VFD and replace the Failure Components Such as DC bus capacitors, Input Diodes, IGBT transistors, Control cards, Option Cards, Resistors, and Fuses.
- Fast Commissioning of VFD Parameters by my personal laptop with special PC to VFD Cable and VFD software’s of difference brand of VFD.
- Operating, Monitor and Troubleshooting of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP)
- Power Cable splicing and testing, assists the subsequent installation of tubing and banding of cable
Full Responsibility of Connection, Troubleshooting, Maintenance of all Electrical
Machines in the factory including 250KVA Generator, Machines control panels and Motors.
Troubleshooting difference brand of Machines Control Panels (Direct on line, Start/Delta, Soft Starter, Difference kind of VFDs and PLCs )
- Programming and Modification Difference kind of VFDs(Danfoss, Schneider, Siemens )and PLCs
Full Responsibility of Connection, Troubleshooting, Maintenance of all Electrical
Machines in the factory including Machines control panels and Motors Starter.
Troubleshooting difference brand of Machines Control Panels (Direct on line, Start/Delta, Soft Starter, Difference kind of VFDs(Yaskawa, ABB, Lenze) and PLCs )
- Programming and Modification Difference kind of VFDs and PLCs
Work in Electrical and Electronic Lab.
