• Directly reporting to Group Commercial Director
• Liaise with accounts, procurement, sales team, logistics, warehouse & distribution dept.
•Managing multi million key account - Henkel sales across KSA
• Ensuring the generation & execution of key account sales order as per the contract
• Reviewing cost & pricing strategy of multiple products on quarterly basis
• Communicate with the branches to ensure timely making of Henkel invoices
• Following up on overdues of key account
•Preparation of annual budget for the sales department across region
•Preparation of presentation for regional managers in their annual meeting with CEO
•Preparation of reports for the regional managers for their sales numbers & key customers
•Preparation of customer analysis report based on sales & QTY on regional basis
•Weekly forecast report for GCD to see if a specific region is going to meet its monthly target
•Preparation of company presentation for several exhibition based on products & application
•Preparation of QTY consumption report across region & assisting supply chain department for their forecast
•Manage clients from outside the kingdom to fulfill their PO requirements
• Stock analysis report & differentiating between fast moving & slow moving products in warehouse & recommending saftey stock for each item
Special Projects; Decontamination - Clients Sabic (Kemya, Petrokemya)
o Preparation of commercial & technical proposal for the clients
o Calculation of required chemical usage across all the contaminated vessels on the projects
o Managing & preparation of mobilization & demobilization for decon projects
o Assisting decontamination manager & foreign decon partners in P& ID of client’s plant
o Keep relationship with client for timely execution of every project
o On site experience to supervise shift to execute the job with effectively, safely & efficiently
o Updating client’s top management frequently about the status of job execution achievement on decontamination
I worked in Spear Alliance Consulting as Business Development Engineer. My job was to develop proposal for the clients, Client Relationship Management and searching for new clients in the market. I assist our consultants in developing many feasibility studies that includes economic research, market research, financial model & sensitivity analysis using Monte Carlo Simulation development for the start up companies and expanding business entities.
In addition, I possess knowledge of supply chain management to add value across the value chain, conducting root cause analysis based on qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
