My current Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the operations of a variety of administrative functions in support of Finance, Procurement, and Human Resources for the Commercial Malls Business Unit (10 malls). The services include Supplier/contractors payments, procurement management; CAPEX & OPEX PRs, POs, and COWs. Payments for the mall operations services; facilities management; Marketing activities and Leasing/Contracts. Data records management. Monitoring expenditure against budget, following up on outstanding payments, and liaising with the finance team. Travel arrangements for the mall's team.
TASNEE Downstream Business Unit is responsible
for 11 operating plants within the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia. A SR 2 billion business with more than 2, 000 employees.
- Provide day to day Administrative Support to EVP Manage day to day schedules, follow-up, dictation, correspondence & fling etc
- Flow of work and communication/prioritize them on daily basis.
-Schedule Appointments.
- Check email account and forwarded to the concerned GMs and follow-up for urgent response.
- Preparing letters, memos, taking notes/dictation
and Follow-ups.
- Prepare and Quality Powerpoint presentations.
- Preparing draft agendas, assist with all meeting logistics & related to leadership visits for the EVP office.
- Travel arrangements, Visa/Hotel/cars/chef drive.
- Keep track of events thru e-calendar.
- Work as bridge between EVP and GMs
- Supervise all facilities services.
- Receive and distribute in-coming/out-going all shipment, mails.
- Manage all meeting rooms bookings and TP setups where applicable.
- Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
- Organize emails, update diary

- Provide all administrative support to Vice President, Human Resources.
- Managing appointment calendars, scheduling meetings and conferences, coordinating meeting arrangements, and arranging travel schedules and reservations.
- Responsible for all typing works including preparing and screening correspondence.
- Composing reports of Vice President, Human Resources, check & replaying emails messages.
- Answers and screens incoming telephone calls.
- Followup and make sure the routine activities of VP HR office.
