 Assisting the Chief Financial Controller in managing the department through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the accounts activities.
 Preparing Monthly Financial Statements, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other month end reports including ratio analysis and trend of performance indicators.
 Managing operation of the subsidiaries, day to day transaction of the business & supportive and technical assistance to subsidiaries accounting staff.
 Checked/ approved all the necessary vouchers including Bank Payment, Journal Voucher, and Cash Payment etc of all the divisions.

 Involved in financing arrangement with banks, for negotiation interest, commission, charges, over draft facilities, short term loan in the form of trust receipts etc.
 Letter of credit opening, arrangement of performance bonds & bank guarantees for suppliers & customers.
 Technical assistance to the subsidiaries senior accountants regarding accounting treatment of different types of issues.
 Allocation of expenses of shared services in the group as per the policies defined by higher management.

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Plan, Design, Implement ORACLE base financial accounting Software for a subsidiary based in Khartoum, Sudan and Muscat (OMAN) with the coordination of IT Team, which enable the management to have an online access of data/reports on daily basis. The advantages include, monitor the daily sales transactions, cash or cheques receipts, details of projects awarded, update inventory list and financial results as on given period etc.
 Got GEM AWARD (Going for Extra Miles) from the management against the extra time spend for sorting out the pending payment issues in coordination of sales team, visiting the various customers and able to collect the old retention money of AED 2.5 MLN.
 Liaise with different tax inspectors in OMAN together with external auditor and able to finalize the tax matter of Co’s one subsidiary, established in Oman.
 Rendered the services as a Finance team leader in study the system, making the flow charts, data cleansing & data migration while implementing the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) system in the company.
 Promoted as an INTERNAL AUDITOR of two sister concern companies “INTEGRATED ENGINEERING SOLUTION OMAN” & “GULF INDUSTRIAL GASES SUDAN”.
