• Evaluate tender documents, drawings, BOQ & specifications for any deficiency.
• Review the documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.
• Prepare tender queries for missing information/drawing or any contradiction between the documents.
• Floating inquiries to suppliers/manufacturers/Subcontractors as per the approved vendors list for the project and follow up for same for receiving quotations.
• Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations etc.
• Prepare Quantity Take-Off for complete HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting System.
• Adopts accurate and updated pricing information from database, suppliers etc. to utilize in estimates.
• Prepare and review commercial and technical comparison sheets.
• Pricing for the complete project as per company’s pricing format and discuss the costing with Estimation Manager.
• Ensure the implementation of local authority standard/requirements while quoting the tenders.
• Perform Technical & Commercial offer preparation including but not limited to priced BOQ, streamlined scope, inclusions, exclusions & Qualifications etc. in consultation with the manager.
• Preparation of Material Submittals & Cost Variations.
• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Mechanical related works at site as per Approved drawings.
• Supporting and coordinating with the team on site to facilitate issues raised.
• Ensuring that inspection request (RFI) are raised for the consultant inspection and coordinate for inspection.
• Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program.
• Performing Pre/ Post installation audit at site with final Drawings.
• Coordination with consultant, client, Main Contractor & sub-contractors.
• Ensure that the work is completed on time with given standards and specifications.
• Submitting MEP clearance to Civil Department after completion of work.
• Prepare planning, work distribution and progress reports.
• Co-ordinate with workers and making sure that the installations are carried out properly.
• Submit site Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports as per site requirement
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
• Submits site Daily, weekly and monthly progress reports as per our site requirement.
• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
