Responsibilities:
Overall Quantity Surveying of the project with the Drawing provided in inch dia & inch Linear meter, going through contract terms & conditions, BOQ, Scope of work, dealing with Variation, Claims, Extension of Time, Subcontractor Invoices, preparing Monthly Statements of Change Order Internal & External, Valuation for Variation & Extension of time, Subcontractors Liability, claims of Subcontractors, dealing with client regarding variations & claims, ensuring all variations are captured for all projects, keeping contemporary record for all projects, preparing Interims Payments Applications for projects

Remeasurement of Projects in Inch Dia & Inch Linear Meter, conducting meeting with supervisor daily and make sure that the contract terms address all the client's requirements & to develop, implement and review contracts, make sure that best practices are applied on the project, and to make all the revisions available to all the parties involved in the project, consult with technical staff on various products and applications, manage sub-contract labour and suppliers, handle complaints from the client, and deal with any issues that may compromise the project start and completion date, payment of contract, invoicing, non-chargeable expenses, as well as any labour or equipment costs that may exceed the budget for the project. Invoicing every month for each project including additional scope to be charge to the client & getting approval of the client, preparing CVRs & Profit & loss statement every month for having better control on projects & to know where we are standing in terms of profit & to prepare cost to completion Forecast, Weekly preparing KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) for each project, dealing with all additional work which have to be charge to client & sending monthly correspondence letter to the client for Variations, Claims or additional work & get it approval. Preparing contemporary record for all the correspondence letters

Responsible for helping proposal team for preparing bids & Tenders, conducts reviews and studies the legal aspects of the contracts, makes sure that all terms of the contract are tended to fairly.
•After award of contracts making sure the projects are going according the contracts terms & condition. Well verse with FIDIC terms & conditions.
•Dealing with Variation & Claims, preparing Variation & Claim Register & maintaining it on daily basis.
•Preparing all invoices monthly as per contracts Millstones set & getting approval from Client Monthly.
•Identify Risk & develop risk mitigation plan.
•Keep tracking of interim payment certification & ensure all payment receive on time.
•Ensuring of various contemporious records are correctly maintained by various departments as required in terms of the contract provisions.
•Keep record of all delays occur on site & according getting the EOT & compensation for that.
•Finalizing the subcontracts Agreements, there rates & scope of work.
•Approving Subcontractors invoicing monthly according to work done.
•Finding areas of concern & providing solutions to Top Management
•Coordinate with Construction Manager for Site related issues.

Responsibilities:
•Going through various contractual conditions and technical specifications in the Enquiry.
•Correspondence with client for technical & commercial query.
•Preparing BOQ of materials and Labour required for completing the project in given period.
•Documentation of Bids to be submitted.
•Deriving best possible quote based on specification & terms and condition of project.
•Coordinating various site activities to maintain optimum flow of materials and other equipments such that work is not hampered at site.
•Solving any contractual issues.
•Deriving the actual scope of work at site.
•Cost control at site to maximize the profit.
•Reviewing the site activity on a weekly basis.
•Preparing reports for jobs on a monthly basis.
•Meeting the Client to resolve any problem faced at site
•Generating periodic progress report
•Generating productivity reports.
•Preparing monthly invoicing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Studying the feasibility of plans which was given for fortnight with the available resources.
•Preparing production planning schedule with the available resources.
•Coordinating with the central planning regarding any shortage of materials.
•Responsible for achieving the 100% priority compliance by effective planning.
•Responsibility of the Safety & health of the team & plant with right implementation of BSC ( British Safety Council) standards through right work practice & usage of PPE ( personal protective equipments)
•Played an important role in reducing the cycle time of products suggesting new methods.
•Attending troubleshooting & recovering products landed in quality problems.
•Making Daily Production Plan Activity & Implementing it

•In this Project we have design 3300 HP Engine from existing 2600 HP Engine in Parel Workshop. We have design Camshaft the barrel diameter of FIP and replaced Turbo Super Charger.
