Meeting with the contactors to discuss procurement of the ‎contractor supplied materials and make sure that they are following ‎the material supply procedures. Makes sure that the contractor orders ‎all required materials with no shortage. Requests materials thru SAP ‎B2B system for the projects use. Assures the smooth flow of material ‎and supply through the productive process in a cost effective, tamely ‎fashion. Interface and act as liaison with upper management, MSO, ‎PMT, the PMC, Purchasing, Design Offices and other parties. ‎Processes and expedites all Material Requests (in accordance with ‎Saudi Aramco SAP Policy and Procedures) to assure schedule ‎requirements dates. Stage and control all materials until they are ‎ready for issuing to construction contractor for the project ‎requirements. Reduce cost to Saudi Aramco by assuring the use of ‎excess/surplus inventory is utilized before new purchases are made in ‎coordination with Project Engineer & material staff. Offer logistical ‎support to projects by answering questions concerning tracking, ‎follow-up, shipping status and delivery dates.
