• Collect plan and conducting Wireless Site Survey for Wi-Fi and deliver reports.
• Conduct NIP reports and NRFU tests to assure and verify the network is functions according to its design and objectives.
• Manage, mentor, assist team member, resolving their challenging troubles, strengthen them by sharing knowledge, experience, and be modest.
• Assuring the health and care of Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, Software License and remote equipment “MDF & IDF, Racks, Power Bays, Power Supply, Cabling and Cooling Systems”.
• Maintain company resources such as team members, site inventory, tools, vehicle and test equipment to assure a proper implementation of the sites.
• Act and make decisions independently and concordantly with company policy, complete required administrative duties in a timely accurate manner.
• Recognize areas for procedural and process improvement and recommend, develop, and implement necessary changes.

• Deploying, cconfiguring, upgrading, troubleshooting and maintenance of:
o Cisco Catalyst 4500 Series Switches.
o Cisco Catalyst 3750 & 3850 Series Switches.
o Cisco Aironet 1140 & 1262 Series Access Points.
o Cisco Wireless Control System (WCS 7.0).
o Cisco 5508 Series Wireless Controller.
o Cisco Wide Area Virtualization Engine (WAVE 694 and 594 Series).
• Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of LAN, desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software.
• Perform 24/7 Corrective Maintenance emergency call out and swiftly diagnose and resolve alarms assigned by Trouble Ticket complying with SLA.
• Perform regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance as schedule.
• Assuring the health and care of MDRS and remote equipment like Site Guarding, Shelter, Cooling System, Power Supply, Power Bays, Cable Trays, etc...
• Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of:
o Microwave Digital Radio System (MDRS 155 EC)
o Antenna System
o Battery Backup System (PBC 6500)
o Dehydrating System (FM dehydrator)
o External Alarm Systems
• Perform 24/7 Corrective Maintenance emergency call out and swiftly diagnose and resolve alarms assigned by Trouble Ticket complying with SLA.
• Perform regularly scheduled Preventive Maintenance as schedule.
• Assuring the health and care of Ericsson Base Transceiver Station (BTS) and remote equipment like Site Guarding, Shelter, Cooling System, Power Supply, Power Bays, and Cable Trays, etc...
• Commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance of:
o Microwave Radio System (Mini-Link Traffic Node, Radio Amplifier Unit)
o Ericsson RBS (2206, 2308, 2309)
o Antenna System
o Battery Backup System (PBC 6500)
o External Alarm
• Develop Accounting, Production and Warehousing applications as part of SuperStar initiative to create it is own ERP system.
• Working closely with clients to analyze existing system and flows of data, discuss findings with clients and translate their requirements into highly specified project briefs.
• Produce outline designs and costing of new systems, specifying the operations of the system, and the way data will be entered and viewed by the end-user
• Present the system design to the clients and once it is approved, work closely with the clients’ team to implement the solution.
• Drawing up a testing schedule for the system and providing training to end users of the new system.
• Designs, Develop and Normalize database using Microsoft Access and MS SQL Server.
• Designs and Develop user interfaces using VB6/VB.Net.
• Working extensively with Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) to integrate information from a variety of sources with the system. These components include Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO), Data Access Object (DAO), Object Linking and Embedding Database (OLEDB), and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC).
• Write, Designs and Develop user driven professional reports using Crystal Reports.
• Works with various in-house and third party data sources to develop reports for customers.
