I am responsible all kind of purchase which is related to my company.I purchase food items beverages items, furniture, Electrical items, electronics, curtains, cutlery, crockery, cars, trucks, coasters etc
Currently i am working in this company.
I am responsible for all kinds of purchases related to hotel
Worked as a Catering Supervisor.During this period i was handling foreigners mess, Outside Caterings in Embassies, its my work style i always reduce the cost even i work in Restaurant, Mess, Outside Catering or any other related place.
It was my own restaurant but due to some personal reasons i sold that restaurant and again start the job.
When i was working as a Sales Man in this hotel that time i was performing different duties sometime i was working in Restaurant, sometime i was working in Gourmet shop, sometime i was working in cake shop and sometime i was working in lobby because my Manager made roaster on monthly basis and i was following that roaster.
Check in and Check out the guests changing the currencies and hold a big petty cash and during night shift work as a night auditor, and make the early bird report and summary of all income of the hotel, and also prepare the guests bills who will check out next day early morning.
I have one year "Hotel Management Diploma"approved my Ministry Of Labour and manpower Government Of Pakistan affiliated with World Bank,ILO
