As OSP Inspection Engineer (Inspection, Quality and Audit) for STC & Tahakom project and NEOM FNI OSP Project.
•Interacting & coordination with internal & external Customer for Design, Planning and Implementation of Project and Milestone signoff and project handover, finalization of BOM, Installation, testing and commissioning of telecom OSP project.
• Manage daily issues of the Project to ensure smooth operations of the Projects, Reviews with the team, customer.
•Timely Documentation of Project which includes technical documentation, Drawings, Material Reconciliation, Billing, Audit.

 Currently working at Al Baud Technology WLL, Doha, Qatar as Project Engineer OSP
and Fiber Roll out.
 Planning to implement & maintain the 8000 km Qatar Security Forces routes.
 Planning with head and Project Manager to execute work.
 Splicing the OFC Cable.
 Fiber Cable fault identification and rectification.
 Survey the route for Duct laying.
 Planning and Supervising the Fiber Cable laying.
 Planning and Supervising the Duct fault identification & rectification.
 Managing of labor and materials are required for the site.
 Coordinates with different authorities for different work permits required for sites .
 Make weekly expenses budget with management.
 Make Red line after completion of sites and handing over Doc. to Main contractor.

• Leading a team of Engineers looking after entire projects starting from Network Planning, Customer Interaction, Survey, Fiber, Mux Installation, Configuration, and Integration of various telecom products such as High Bandwidth Leased lines (E3-DS3, Ethernet) and E1 .
Reporting to Manager Network Implementation looking after the Planning and installation activities of STM1/STM4/STM16 & Access Multiplexer Equipment of vendors like Tejas Networks

● Leading a team of Engineers looking after entire projects starting from CAPEX, Customer Interaction, Survey, OSP, Fiber, Mux Installation, Configuration, and Integration in NMS for the delivery of various telecom products such as High Bandwidth Leased lines (E3-DS3, Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet), DELS, ADSL etc.
Reporting to Manager Network Implementation looking after the Planning and installation activities of STM1/STM4/STM16/STM64 & DWDM & Access Multiplexer, DSLAM Equipment of different vendors like ECI /Tejas/UTstarCOM.
●Supervision of SDH equipment Installation and commissioning.
●Coordinating with the vendor company for Installation and commissioning of SDH equipments
Such as Tejas multiplexer CP100, Tejas MC1 & MC4, ECI µ SDM, XDM 100, XDM 400, XDM 500 and XDM 1000 etc.
●Installation and commissioning of UTSTARCOM mux.
●Troubleshooting the transmission problem with the equipments.
●Making database of all equipments and site details.
●Raising capital expenditure report (CAPEX)

●Site survey and Finalization of site and installation of Radio equipments at site.
●Installation and Maintenance of CHAMPION SKY LINE WLL (wire less in local loop) system for Offshore
●Installing Radio VAK (vehicle adapter kit) in car and heavy equipments truck.
●Programming, Repairing and Maintaining Trunking Mobile and Fixed Radio such as ROHDE& SCHWARZ360H, MOTOROLLA GP1200 & 680AND TAIT 2000& 2040 TAIT ELX. Radios.
●Maintaining the Database of trunking radio system through OMC (operation and maintenance Center) Controlling site operation through OMC.

► Worked as plant paging technician for 1month GAI-TRONIC plant paging system in KNPC Shuiba Refinery and familiar with normal telephone network also.

• Installation and Commissioning of Motorola BTS ( GSM DCS 1800 Horizon)
• Experience of Siemens microwave antenna alignment and commissioning of siemens SRAL equipments.
• RF installation this include Antenna Installation, Measurement, Routing & Termination.
• Performing transmission acceptance testing.
• Fault finding and Rectification of transmission.
• Worked on in building solution (IBS).
