Working closely with the Chairman and VP to drive business performance, improve efficiencies and manage the various projects’ finance operations. Major Service highlights include:

• Managing daily operations of the finance department including preparing financial reporting and presentations for Chairman and Vice President as well as proactively proposing cost-saving initiatives and improvement plans. Ensuring a high degree of accuracy and quality in the development of all financial documents.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly OPEX & CAPEX in close coordination with the operational team. Optimized operating budgets, monthly cash flow forecasts and tracks team spending that led to 19% saving over a period of 12 months.

o Recommending improvement for the weaknesses & internal controls hence contributing to improving the financial health of the various company’s projects.

• Dealing with VAT management including group tax data reconciliation, accounting, and finalization of the tax return and timely compliance with FTA. Moreover, acting as a point of contact and support for various business units on taxation matters.

• Advising management for new investment proposals by conducting adequate and ongoing evaluations, recording, and portfolio analysis required for investment reviews, performance reviews, and liquidity positions of probable short/long term investment opportunities and helping in proper decision making.

• Feasibility study and SWOT analysis, cash flow forecast & borrowing requirements for diverse business opportunities, and delivering presentations to the stakeholders highlighting future financial trends of the short & medium-term investments.

• Developing relationships with clients and suppliers, finalizing T&Cs, contract bids & variation orders, payment terms as well as managing procurements and running progress bills.

• Working independently while meeting multiple deadlines.
