Position entailed credit review & sanctioning limits within joint approval authority of Regional Managers. Also involved in up gradation of circle asset quality to commensurate with Basel-II/IRB requirements.
Achievements:
Reduction of TAT by one week for RM level cases and achieved a TAT of three days for cases within domain of GM and above.
Qualified 12 out of 14 modules of Omega Credits Skills Assessment (CSA), being first to qualify for credit approval authority within Retail Banking Group comprising 17 circles.
Automated Yield and Customer Risk Rating reports resultantly decrease of TAT and standardization ensured amongst branches. Was accorded extra-ordinary half-yearly performance bonuses for consecutive two years in 2006, 2007 by the group head.
Primary duties included sales of life and disability insurance products to new and existing clients. Prospecting included target marketing and sales of investment related products that were tied into mutual funds.
Worked with the Tax advisory service to assist with tax preparation for clients. Job responsibilities included maintaining accounting records for the establishment as well as preparation of income statement and corresponding documentation.
Retained operational service level for call center at 92% and above, as second-level consultant. Was responsible for researching technical issues that would help increase first call resolution (using ACD) and meet and/or exceed performance metrics laid out by Compaq. Also performed cost and funding analysis for the project.
