Relay to the right person/ supervisor-in-charge

Help supervisors in requesting working permit from the stores if necessary
Receive and record service reports, encoding and billing of accounts
Maintain one working file of designated areas
Prepare billing of SI-DR and PM of all accounts and prepare weekly and monthly income of designated areas (GMA North & WEST)
Consolidates encoded service reports of Jollibee service calls and preventive maintenance
Filing and scanning of all service reports
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
• Receives approved sick leave and vacation leave forms and forward the same to HR Officer for payroll processing
• Recruitment and file management; Assist in implementation of company policies
• Handles scheduling of the Annual Physical Examination of employees
• Receives and forward incoming calls, assists walk-in clients, visitors and endorse to concerned employees or department
• Distributes incoming documents like billing, statement of accounts, letters and notices, packages to concerned person or department
