• Manage Logis_cs Fleet (FirstMile-LastMile Delivery & 3PL)
management.
• Manage e-commerce fulfilment opera_ons.
• Mange and monitor the Logis_cs cycle (forward & Reverse)
• Handling Ops & Commercial Team and set the required system
that work need
with development department.
• set orders processing cycle inbound & outbound and
warehousing.
• Ensure that policies and procedures for logis_cs ac_vi_es is
implemented
• Assure Logis_cs ac_vates are delivered against departmental
KPIs.
• Monitor Produc_ons KPI’s with Fleet &3PL Fulfillment.
• Enhance & Op_mize the Logis_cs to control the cost.
• Handling compliance, loss preven_on & reduce the loss.
• Team management & make sure the high performance is
applicable for Logis_cs
cycle.
• Design models for use in evalua_ng logis_cs programs or
services.
• Manage delivery cycles to ensure the shipments are delivered
to Customers &
Manager customer service func_on to ensure customer are fully
sa_sfied
• Crea_ng and standardizing 3PL community management and
monitoring the
performance.
• Manage logis_cs & stock cycle to ensure quality service to
customers.
• To ensure budget is allocated & annual budget is set & develop
within the year.
• Set the Required system that work need with development
department.
