Duties & Responsibilities :
- Monitoring the attendance on daily basis&Performing the daily report .
- Registering the holidays & leaves ( Annual, Emergency & sick leaves ) .
- Registering the Overtime Reports hrs into the attendance system .
- Maintaining the payroll records on monthly basis .
- Registering the new hire & the terminations in the payroll & attendance system .
- Setting, reviewing the wage influences ( deductions / earning ), salary tax, social inc & net salary .
- Performing salary calculations on monthly Basis .
- Reviewing Monthly Wages with financial department .
- Delivering pay slips on monthly Basis to all the employees .
- Maintaining the wages relevant reports on monthly basis ( O/T, tax, inc, absent & annual leaves ) .
- Performing wages Final settlement .
- Responding to all the inquiries related to the compensation & Benefits
Duties & Responsibilites :
- Handle personnel issues(For manpower 3000 employees), keep record and updated reports, enhance employee management information system
- Fully aware of the Egyptian labor law and social insurance law.
- Responsible for doing the monthly payroll and all its related issues such as dealing with Mostafa Shawky office (Outsourcing) etc..
- Responsible for attendance records and vacations as per labor law.
- Assist in implementing training plan for ACE life Egypt employees.
- Resposible for medical and life insurance and all other benefits for employees.
- Responsible for all hiring and termination process.
- Work on providing information for monthly internal (ACE Egypt) and external ACE Life Egypt reports (ACE USA - ACE UAE) requested.
- Work on renewing the Medical insurance with concerned parties and provide them with their requirements.
- Responsible for the recruitment process of junior & senior positions.
Duties & Responsibilites :
- All employees affairs such as Attendance, Vacations, Salaries, Contracts, Insurance, Taxes and labor office .
- Recruitment & Staffing process: Find resources(internal & external), interviewing, selecting, hiring .
- Calculating work taxes and insurance rates .
- Maintain personnel files.
- Handling all deals with Banks and governmental offices (Insurance-taxes-labor offices) .
- Handling annual Performance appraisal process .
- Handling & updating all documents and reports related to HR for internal & external audits .
- Handling all Employees Benefits as: Medical, Transportation, Mobile allowance……..etc.
- Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, terminations.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
- Handle employee exit process (internal release, form 6, medical care, bank account).
- Creating Payroll entries using HITS, print and audit entries.
- Run basic discoverer reports.
