- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports to the Management.
- Ensuring that collected data is accurate, reliable and of high quality when providing reports to Management.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or pattern in complex data set.
- Maintain current reports and create new reports that supports other departments in decision making.
- Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner.
- Follow up with the IT department to improve the accuracy of the data.
- Support HSM in developing the New Website for FINCA Jordan.
- Support CUU (Centralized Underwriting Unit) and Sales Departments in developing their procedures.
- Preparing the Daily Performance reports related to Sales Department.
- Preparing the Monthly reports related to Sales Department (such as Risk Category for disbursed loans, Staff performance, PAR Analysis for Jordanian and Non-Jordanian Analysis, Digital Leads for Marketing, Leads and Opportunities Analysis, Trust and Activity Lists to be uploaded in the CRM System, Win-them Back List, Due Payments, Retention and Drop-out), HR Department (such as Incentives and Awards for Sales, Verifiers, Field Collection, CROs and Tellers).
- Providing reports and feedback to some Administrative Departments, such as (Finance and Maintenance) on the history of the contractors’ work progress in Farah Medical Campus project and their financial payments.
- Coordinating with the Maintenance Department to follow up on defects and snags of unfinished contractors and preparing reports and M.O.M to be submitted to Top Management to take appropriate action.
- Following up the CEO's office Legal Cases and correspondence.
- Preparing the statistics regarding the Monthly, Weekly and Daily Census for Farah Medical Campus (Farah General and Farah Woman and Child Hospitals) in coordination with the concerned departments (Admission for Floors and ICU, Lab, OR, CATH, LITHOTRIPSY, ER, RADIOLOGY and IVF).
- Preparing the Monthly KPIs for Farah Medical Campus (Farah General and Farah Woman and Child Hospitals) such as (Length of Stay, Mortality Rate, Average Daily Outpatients Clinics Visits, Occupancy Rate, Percentage of Non-Jordanian, No. of “Admissions, Discharges, ORs, Lab Tests …” etc.
- Managing and supervising the Medical Records Archiving process.
- Reviewing and editing Farah Medical Campus Policies.
- Finalizing the requirements for Cluster No. 10 “Medical Records” of the Health Care Accreditation Council.
- Managing Outgoing/Incoming Project Documents by checking the documents to make sure all information regarding the project is up-to-date and factual.
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Ensuring proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
- Maintaining the files and control logs as required by the project and keeping track of All records by looking through both hard files and computer database files on a regular basis.
- Checking dispatch documents are accurate.
- Responsibility for maintaining hard copy information and issuing and distributing controlled copies of information and to make sure that the controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
- Maintaining the documents and drawings in the Document Controller office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
- Performing file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
