Work as Integration Centre of Excellence Manager, reporting to Head of IT (CIO) as a trusted technical lead and advisor for all integration tasks within enterprise projects.

- Developing “system interface” between banking system and other systems using procedures, Packages, Webservices (REST, SOAP): i.e. (Contact Center/ DWH / eStatement. /ECC/ Mobile Application / Internet Banking/ ECM / CX (Oracle RCM) / Cards Management System/ JoMoPay/ CLIQ/ Goaml / Webservice with NI (Credit card management)/ Atm switch / eFWATEERcom/ FATCA/ CRIF)
Have solid experience in core banking system development and worked on the development of multiple modules and supported by solid banking experience in this domain.
- Maintain technology vendor relationship and compliance with service level agreements/ contractual commitments.
- Responsible for the ownership, accountability, and delivery of key Core Banking Systems projects.
- Lead system upgrades, maintenance, and implementations / Run production implementation for project releases / manage development release schedules for all environments.
- Managed and supported core banking modules running on IBM platforms and many front-end applications such as Loans origination, CRM based system, Branch Teller etc. Managed well over 100 branches in Jordan and 30 Branches in Palestine and 16 Branches in Syria along with Bahrain Branch (Cloud).
- Provided expertise and knowledge across various banking system modules covering transactional accounts, Fixed Deposits, Loans, Data warehousing, EFT ATM, Credit Cards, General Ledger reconciliation, Web, digital and other core modules.
- Systems Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Functional Analysis requirement, mapping and reviewing application architecture, testing and implementation of in-house and external vendor supplied codes, system patches and core infrastructure related changes. Engaged in database administration, tuning, testing and coding.
- Provide SIT & UAT during project implementations on Dev./QA/UAT/Production servers.
- Developing software implementation plans within a defined timeline, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding and staffing requirements.
- Work closely with bank departments, business analysts and team members to understand business requirements for analysis and design of quality business solutions.
- Perform regular reviews of configuration standards, implementations, support process, deployed technologies and product maintenance.
- Established and adherence to project management process functions oversaw multiple projects medium to large sized with varied complexity, tracked and managed project plans, scope, multiple deliverables, issue/risk management, milestones, cross-functional interdependencies and daily resource management.
- Performed gap analysis of business rules / system process flows, user administration, and requirements conducted joint application development sessions with stakeholders to resolve open issues.
