- Prepare, approve, monitor and review specifications, Method of analysis and Calculation for Raw materials,
finished products and packaging Materials to ensure compliance with GMP.
- Manage the schedule of volumetric solution, Chemical Reagents, Indicator solutions and Limit test solutions
Preparation and Follow up.
- Prepare the Protocol for shelf verification of volumetric solutions.
- Ensure that the laboratory meets the requirements of GLP at all times, the quality systems are maintained,
Equipment is routinely checked and results recorded of correct function.
- Review method development and its validation.
- Review accelerated and Long term stability studies for R&D samples and all finished products in Pharmacure
For Pharmaceutical Industries.
- Responsible for Preparing SOPs in Quality Control Department (except Microbiology) to be compliance with
GMP.
- Responsible for preparation of OOS in the Quality Control Department
- Comparative dissolution of oral dosage form and suspension.
- Responsible for Procurement and management of Reference Standards and Working Standards.
- Responsible for analysis and review of Water samples.
- Responsible for Procurement and Management of chemicals and Glassware.
- Responsible for execution and review of usage log books of Quality control instruments.
- Any other additional responsibilities given by Head of the department time to time.
