- Deep analysis (related to customer & licenses).
- Pipelien Reports.
- CRM.
- APMs.
- SW Audit.
- Actively participates in shifting all the work from traditional way(Paperwork &Excel) to the System.
- Analysing, challenging and validating end user requirements and apply these to the system.
- Analyzing and resolving the issue or escalating it to the technical team.
- Support day to day HRIS activities.
I’ve been chosen by SAP to be part of their SAP Mawared Program which contains three courses:
- Integration of business processes in SAP ERP Course
- Functional Consultant Academy of SAP Human Capital Management Course
- Advanced Communication Skills course
