I used to work on cash for health project, first of all we use to conduct house hold visit to pregnant, lactating women, and those who have children under 5 years of age. We were checking their vulnerability according to our criteria, we cross check with other NGOs to prevent service duplication, and then we conduct a cash distribution in bank. As the second part of the project I also was involved in Post Distribution Monitoring PDM to double check beneficiary’s satisfaction, and to be sure that our project is running smoothly and correctly.
