• Assist Senior Merchandiser in monitoring, updating, and analyzing stock/sales reports on a daily basis.
• Create best and worst sellers’ reports using pivot tables in Excel.
• Allocate specific stocks to respective locations.
• Build and maintain allocation trackers in Excel.
• Participate in store visits to check assortments, inventory, and promotional strategies.
• Maintain weekly meetings with marketplaces such as Tamanna, Jumia, and Namshi to discuss performance, marketing/promotional plans, problems, and possible solutions.
• Participate in weekly meetings with Vice-President, Director of Merchandising, and Senior Merchandiser to discuss marketplace direction and performance.
• Prepare content data to send to Jumia, Tila, and Amazon content team.
• Conducts daily audits of the site to ensure that products are active and attractively presented.
