Have a deep understanding of all IIF Program methodologies, tools and practices
Be a center point for all Project IIF communication, working closely in partnership with JGSK IIF POC and each Operating Company’s IIF Coordinators
Assist JMJ Associates in co-creating and implementing the IIF Program and HPP Initiatives, together with JMJ’s administrative requirements
Provide regular support and coaching of IIF Unit Teams across the project
Facilitate and Chair the weekly JGSK IIF coordinator meetings
Coordinate IIF ST members for the IIF induction management speech
Deliver IIF training session where appropriate
Plan, design, coordinate and implement IIF incentive programs, in close liaison with HSE JVD Manager
Design, coordinate and produce project wide IIF information bulletins, posters and other visible communications
Preparing the Project IIF News Letter

 Interviewing the people in a range of different level of the project management.
 Lay outing the project news letter
 News writing and editing the articles
 Documentation of the weekly and monthly project reports.
 Organise and participate the community related programs

Provides professional counseling services both to project residents and project management. Switches this with coaching and consultation services as the need arise. Designs, implements and evaluates relevant people initiatives designed to promote and support the physical, emotional, mental and transpersonal needs of the projects workforce. Manages the projects “Helpline” and responds to resident calls and concerns on an on-call basis thereby assuring that the proper support network is available whenever it is needed within the project and the village. Provides professional psychometric services and its corresponding evaluation or psychological profiling as the need arise.
