Provides professional counseling services both to project residents and project management. Switches this with coaching and consultation services as the need arise. Designs, implements and evaluates relevant people initiatives designed to promote and support the physical, emotional, mental and transpersonal needs of the projects workforce. Manages the projects “Helpline” and responds to resident calls and concerns on an on-call basis thereby assuring that the proper support network is available whenever it is needed within the project and the village.
