• Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures..Monitoring all project activities, expenditures and progress towards project output.. Recommend further improvement in the work of the logical framework . Develop a monitoring and impact indicator for project success. Monitoring and evaluating overall progress in achieving results . Monitoring sustainability of project results. Provide Monitoring and Evaluation Manager feedback on project strategies and activities. •To provide varied treatment and services designed to meet the habilitative and rehabilitative
needs of youth and their families which is accomplished through casework techniques such as
assessment, treatment development, counseling and direct supervision.
•Maintain regular and frequent contact with Family to provide supervision and monitor behavior
and progress to ensure constructive response to treatment.
• Preparation of teaching aids, materials and other items for the class teacher.
•To develop a professional working relationship with the teacher and perform duties in a
professional manner.
•To provide appropriate encouragement and positive reinforcement for students.
