• Review, established & implementation the safety program of the plant.
• Develop and implement specific HSE action plan required for the compliance of plant safety certification to operate in accordance with royal commission for plant safety certificate compliance.
• Set an applicable risk assessment for every job in the plant.
• Continuous monitoring the whole plant to insure continuing conformance of field work force with all relevant in health, safety, security, and environment requirement/ program.
• Initiate the emergency response team (ERT) in the plant, ERT Organization Chart, plant emergency evacuation procedure, Plant Fire Emergency Response Procedure, and medical evacuation & injury handling procedure.
• Conducts documented Pre-Deployment Safety Orientation with new employees.
• Initiates & conduct training programs / materials to enhance safety awareness, education, and competency of the employees.
• Conduct full investigation of accident / incident, including near misses. Determines probable causes, develops, circulates, and enforces appropriate permanent preventive measures.
• Conduct daily inspection in the whole plant to ensure: only safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment provided and properly worn.
• Create the safety observation report and forwarded to the concern department for compliance.
• Closely monitors permit-required confined space entries, hot work, equipment energization, and similar hazardous activities and ensures that all relevant requirements are complied with.
• Reports to and assists the Project HSE Manager in the overall.
• Implementation of approved Project HSE / Loss Prevention Program, with a primary function of performing continuous monitoring at work site to ensure continuing conformance of field work force with all relevant safety, health and security requirements/programs and develop specific to project safety action plan, training materials to enhance safety awareness, education, and competency of the employees.
• Develop specific HSE action plan required to the execution of work activity in accordance with the engineering method of statement.
• Closely monitors scaffold erection / dismantling work, permit-required confined space entries, crane work/ lifting operations, hot work, equipment energization, tie-ins, and similar hazardous activities and, ensures that all relevant requirements are complied with.
• Preparing risk assessment for conducted jobs in the site.
• Responsible for reviewing daily PTW.
• Monitoring and supervising the mechanical lifting operations such as crane, manlift and forklift.
• Make warning letter and violations for main company and subcontractors.
• Carries out daily site surveys to ensure; only safe work methods are in operation, adequate fire and fall protection are in place, adequate welfare and first aid facilities are properly maintained, approved tools are being used and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment provided and properly worn.
• Maintaining good communication with my supervisor, managers, and work-place associates while safe working and behaving.
• Daily and routine checkup for the workplace to correct unsafe condition & behavior.
• Monitoring of personal protective equipment for labors.
• Conducting (TBT) tool box talks and awareness sessions.
• Prepare geological samples (wet, dry).
• Update sample description & prepare drilling and geological mud logs.
• Get intensive experience in oil & gas filed and problems while drilling.
