• Responsible for delivering makeovers and skincare consultations to clients for customers at the MIKYAJY cosmetics shop in central Manchester whilst promoting and selling MIKYAJY products.
• Handle or assist the Shop/Department Manager in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of product orders to ensure effective stock management and availability of products

• Provide pre-booked, comprehensive skincare consultations for customers Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations for consultations
• Conduct follow-up calls to clients and build client relationships in store Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Manage counter inventory and maintain a hygienic and organized shop.
• Bringing the right team and by giving them the right training with the organization and reliable management plans.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales strategies
• Supervise the Opening process of the shop in order to ensure that all set procedures regarding petty cash, reporting, systems, etc. are respected -specific for Sports Goods: Communicate with local suppliers, negotiate prices and place orders.
