The scope of work:
• The scope of work covers the engineering design of the North Rumaila ST 350 NR NGL Upgrade Phase-1 project involves the construction of five new facilities at phase-1 area. These facilities include a Fire Station Building, Steel
Shed for four trucks, NR NGL Workshop, CS Workshop, Security Building with GRB tank and water facilities, Transformer & road. These new facilities will be strategically located on the site,
• The Fire Station Building, with an area of 14m width and 34m length, will provide ample space to house fire trucks, firefighting equipment, and the personnel required to respond to emergency situations.
• The Steel Shed for four trucks, with an area of 12m width and 24m length, will provide additional space for the storage and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• The NR NGL Workshop, with an area of 25m width and 80m length, will provide
space for the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of equipment used in the extraction and processing of natural gas liquids.
• The CS Workshop, with an area of 20.5m width and 78.5m length, will provide space
for the maintenance and repair of equipment used in the compression and storage of natural gas.
• The Security Building, with an area of 3m width and 16m length as temporary for
ph1, will provide space for security personnel and equipment.
• General site layout: - include the Above workshops, Roads parks, green zones, Electrical & Telcom cables routs, Lighting & CC tv systems, Portable water& sewage &
Rain water draining systems
I employed as a project manager for OT3 (DS6) temporary construction facilities work.
The scope of work:
1- TCF site preparation (Site grading, Roads)
2- Security facilities (Chain link fence and gates, Ditch & embankment wall, Watch towers, T-Wall)
3- Office facilities (OT3 Office)
4- Public facilities (Guard rooms, Laundry $ toilets, Parking area, Utilities)
5- Shelters (Generator shelter, Water pump shelters, Diesel tanks shelter)
EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construct) Project Called PROVISION OF EPC OF WAREHOUSE IN B9 CAMP AREA. The scope of work for this project
1. Steel Structure Offices for 16 staff personnel with 2 office pools, 2 single rooms for managers, toilet, conference room with video sets as projector, UPS
& TEL room, prayer room, rest room and all furniture’s as required

EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construct) Project Called Helipad Construction Project. To construct 4 heliports, the first 2 one in the work base of CNOOC company and the second 2 in M.O.C (Missan Oil Field) the
scope include: -
• Provides standards for the design of heliports serving helicopters with single rotors (Airbus' H145). Touchdown and Liftoff area (TLOF), Final Approach and Take Off (FATO) to be designed by both American codes ICAW &FAA.
• Engineering for (Sight layout, Helipad Areas, Roads with 1.5 km, lighting system for road, lighting system for helipad areas according to codes ICAW and FAA., constriction design, joint design)
• Procurement Process with Dutch company Q-Aviation company to provide special equipment for helipad like HAPI Heliport Approach
Path Indicators, Flush Inset, Flood lights, Landing direction lights.
• Execution the project in accordance with the QA/QC, HSE procedures and make the project primary cost & duration study with estimated
the resource and expenses to be as a Base Line to the project by using
the excel and primavera programs
EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construct) Project Called ESP POWER CONNECTION PHASE III. To construct more than 50 electrical routes 33 OHTL double and singles circuit electrical towers to well sites to supply power to for ESP, the scope of work
include: - Site survey, Routes Design, Material selection & supply, construction, test
, commissioning, start up.
As Planner I worked the following: -
• Make the project primary cost & duration study with estimated the resource and expenses to be as a Base Line to the project by using the excel and primavera programs
• Make the P.M.S (project management system) that a program done in excel which is used for controlling (project planning and project control) and
showing the following
- The work breakdown structure WPS and the weight for every step
- The main and sub activities for every item with the weight foe every constructed steps
- The start and the finish date for every activity
- Comparing the planed and actual progress
- Drawing the s curve for the project.
• Tracing the cost control and the budget control
• Creating, updating and reporting schedules
• Manage all the administration procedures and communication with the client (the Chinese side with CNOOC company) as well as all the invoices, change orders, weekly & monthly reports, and held the weekly presentation to comparing the actual with planed progress by using excel, outlook, PowerPoint, Iraqi, Chinese Civil Enterprise Law
• Make the ETR (equipment tracing report) that a program done in excel which is used for controlling the procurement process form the
purchasing order till arrival to site and comparing with actual time. this process includes the manufacturing, shipping, arrive to port, costume clearance, inland transport, arrive to site and the weight of every step comparing with the actual. Schedule and plan a construction plan with PRIMAVERA project software to keep the project on the track, control it and deliver it before the dead line.as well as the cost control

Rehabilitation and development project contain sewages networks, potable water network, telecon network, underground electrical cables, and pavement with asphalt and concrete and sidewalks and all.
• Manage the design of sewage and drain water networks and all infrastructure work for above local roads using the AUTOCAD and excel programs

2. Unit Rate project called (Work Over Well Pads Construction the Fourth Batch)
The scope of work is
Estimated 33 work over well pads need to prepared with unit price contract. The work should be completed within 45 days after receiving the service order issued by company
I employed as a Construction Manager in rehabilitation & development of two district in ALKUT city called AL-HOORA & AL SALLAM
• Manage the geometric design of 110 local road with all its profiles and quantities by civil 3d program with excel
• Manage the design of pavement layers (Rigid Pavement) by using AASTOO METHOD in design of pavement layers.
• Manage the design of 5 car parking area with its parking sheds and landscapes areas by using the AutoCAD and manual design parking
• Manage all the administration procedures and communication with the client as well as all the invoices, change orders, weekly & monthly reports, and held the weekly presentation to comparing the actual with planed progress by using excel, outlook, PowerPoint, Iraqi Civil Enterprise Law
• Supervise all the project items starting with the infrastructure work of sewage networks and portable water network, communication network
