1. Provide advice of legal topics (labour law, commercial compliance, litigation & arbitration issue, oil & gas concession, international commercial law, etc.)
2. Provide advice on all aspects of international collaboration and Legal review of contracts and the due diligence of the transaction counterparty if necessary.
3. Draft agreements, contracts, and other legal documents as required to ensure the full legal rights
4. Fulfill any other work assigned by the Legal Manager and the direct superintendent.
