- Postmortem examination of carcass.
- laboratory examinations of meat Quality.
•"At Meat Processing Factory"
- Maintain compliance with the unit-integrated management system and other applicable instructions, and standards, and support production to ensure product-specific standards.
- Supervise meat products processing (Beef burger, Sausage, luncheon, Frankforter, Kofta, and Minced meat).
- Inspect the product and ensure that it conforms to the required standards.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
Achievements:
•Passed National Food Safety Authority audits, fulfilled NFSA requirements, and joined the NFSA whitelist.
•Passed Quality Certification Agency of Armed Forces audits, and got certified.
•Passed QCS company external audits and got certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45000 and ISO 22000.
Activities and societies: -An Organizer at the Ist international conference of food safety and human health between the faculty of veterinary medicine Mansoura University and the faculty of veterinary medicine Hannover university. (04/2018) -Organizing the official graduation party for the food safety and hygiene program.
