• Troubleshooting via Remote or Onsite.
• Support users on standard office system applications., email set-up.
• User support (office 365, operation system, softphones, mobile phones, printers, scanners, etc.)
• responsible for Testing and return defect product to where house.
• Setup Avaya communication devices like telephone, fax and work on telephones management application.
• Keep customers informed of progress during issue lifecycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely
manner.
• Respond and solve all Vodafone Egypt internet customer inquiries regarding all internet Service and provide an end-
to-end ownership to these inquiries till closure.
