28000 square meter hospital including all medical service, emergency services,
surgical suite, cardiac and pathology laboratory, outpatient clinics. It is comprising
200 beds.
Job Description: Design phase: Project engineer for all systems.
Construction phase: Electrical Supervision including site quality control,
submittals and shop drawings review, replying to contractor’s queries, attending
site technical and coordination meeting, executed works, providing solutions to
construction problems.
Main Projects: LAU medical center - Achrafieh Lebanon
Renovation for several blocks.

Skygate - Beirut
A residential high rise building (42 floors) and retails.
Job Description: Supervision: Shop drawings and submittal review, Weekly site visits for inspection.
Design engineer for the entire building including shell & core and apartments.
Testing and commissioning for all systems: generators, totalizing, MDBs, MCCs,
sub distribution boards, fire alarm, CCTV, telecommunications backbone, BMS,
access control, interphone, lifts, BMUs and all apartments.
Projects: Low voltage distribution network for projects in Dubai. Offices and residential buildings
in Dubai. (Bateen tower, Down town jabal Aly, Ajman Gate...etc).
courses: Currently taking courses on the project management certification, from “PMI” institute.
