• Portfolio management of non-asset accounts with a specific focus on liability / non-asset accounts aligned to the bank’s overall strategy of dominating transaction banking.

▪ Set up the departmental standards, policies and procedures (SOPs) to ensure that all relevant procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a high quality and cost-effective service.
▪ Monitor implementation of policies and procedures to ensure meeting the needs of RMs and clients, and make periodical amendments if required.
▪ Arrange for periodical meetings with RMs and other stakeholders to obtain their feedback on Credit Administration Department services.

▪ Projects delivered and went Live: a) Generation of facility documentations automatically. b) Generation of Corporate liability letter automatically. c) Replacing manual checklist of preparing docs and loading limits by checklist on an internal system able to generate reports on pending documentations.
▪ Supervise the day-to-day operations of the unit by providing expertise, encouragement, ensuring teamwork and aligning work processes to achieve high performance standards.
▪ Implement the performance management system to ensure subordinates’ awareness of respective accountabilities, meet established targets and objectives, and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.
