• Develop demand forecasts at multiple levels and deliver accurate
forecasts, and inventory management
• Estimating the material requirement according to the forecasts and the production plans.
• Liaising with the procurement to receive the needed materials in the right quantities at the right time
and highlight if there are any risks.
• Reporting Periodically and on request the production plan progress and highlighting the issues within.
• monitor demand and material needs based on its Consumption
• Assist in the development of the Master Production Schedules
(MPS)
• Adjusting the production plans in response to any potential risk or opportunity.
• coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within and
between departments according to production schedules
• Different order policies are applied such as net requirements &
reorder point
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead
the stock report, Safety Stock, and Reorder Point per item. etc.).
• Provide and Follow up with site needs from material, equipment.
• Verifying the quantity of items received against invoices.
• Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.
• Maintaining the material master data and Liaising with the procurement to receive the needed
materials in the right quantities at the right time and highlighting if there are any risks.
• Create regular statistical reports and analyses and update others in the organization.
Monitoring costs associated with materials purchases and maintaining records of expenditures.
• Preparing reports on material usage and cost trends
• Update the system with warehouse transaction regularly.
• Monitor stock minimum and maximum limits.
• Generate reports as requested
• Validate delivery note with received invoices.
• Processes purchasing orders as required.
• Coordinate and allocate all Items in its places according to storage requirements.
