• Directs under the guidance of the General Manager the entire operation of the hotel to maintain established quality standards and cost levels.

• Ensures compliance with applicable state laws and regulations and decides hiring, performance and disciplinary actions.
• Conducts staff meetings and makes wage surveys, proposes to the General Manager wage increases based on meritorious performance, hears and resolves complaints, problems and grievances.
