I’m leading a group of engineers, technicians, quantity surveyors, draft men and document
controllers to work as a team to ensure…
* Following-up the Execution of all scope of construction works according to
BOQ, specifications, contract, conditions, shop drawings, consultant
supervisor, design, time schedule and methods of statement agreed upon, then
participate in reviewing and analyzing the results of execution, review relevant
documents, identify issues to be monitored and recommend corrective actions in
coordination with project manager and all appointed people.
* Preparing (daily, weekly, monthly)progress reports that submitted to consultant
, head office(PMO) and general manager respectively
* Following up and maintain the status of project schedule and coordinate with head
office planning department
* Making periodic Look ahead prediction for the project according to performance
* Surveying for project quantities to get approval from consultant
* Following and review the sub-contractors works and quantities and making sure their
pre qualifications are matching with project's specs, ,
* Guiding CMs to deal with the status of critical path activities and risks
* Coordination between head technical office and site engineers by distributing
drawing for them as not to delay the project progress
* Troubleshooting to solve the problems that arise during execution because of
coordination between different disciplines or any other reason
* Submitting approved shop drawings, materials for consultant internal approval
* Ensure processes, procedures and documentation are consistent, easy to access and
maintained at latest revision
* Following up of NCRs by ensuring that the appropriated corrective and preventive
actions were taken
* Attending weekly meeting discussing status, requests, decisions, approvals, responses…
All Project Management responsibilities including but not limited to:
Coordinating the signing and way finding design drawings between client, consultant, contactors&
AREEN in London..
Preparing material technical submittals MTS including: LEED, Material specifications, and Material
compliance with the code for all the different types of signs in the project for the consultant's
approval.
Managing the material orders, shipments, warehouse stock, and material mobilization tosite.
Providing technical support to the site teams, and supervising the installation process.
Leading a quantity surveying team for taking-off the quantities.
Works meetings on a permanent basis with all parties. Client, consultant andsub-contractors.
Liaise with other packages managers to achieve full coordination with the other elements ofthe
project.
Prepare and issue monthly reports of work progress to reach the managing office
and all the authorize engineers.
Reading & checking many of shop drawings & Details.
Preparing multi Purchase Orders of Materials.
Analyze and highlight any major variance and advise the PM and other site staff for their timely
corrective action.
Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project.
Fully complete management of all elements from the initiating until closing.
All Project Management responsibilities including but not limited to
Attending all the progress and technical meetings.
Following up of all contractual matters.
Monitor progress and quality of work and leading Engineers.
Preparation of interim payments and following it with consultant andclients.
Preparation of all workshop drawings of finishes.
Solving all technical problems in sites.
Preparing, updating and monitoring schedule of work program.
Following up supplying all materials necessary for the site
Weekly and monthly progress and budget reports
Value Engineering and Management.
Scheduling and monitoring design changes.
Preparation of the payment certificate for subcontractors &suppliers.
* Execution all architectural works (Doors, Windows, Paints, Plastering, Marble…etc).

* Project presentation & engineering drawing using 2D, 3D AutoCAD &Photoshop.
* Review contract documents for Customer requirements and execute the design
works within its scope.
* Review of As-built drawings issued by contractors.
* Review design and assisting co-ordination with other disciplines to ensure
constructability.
* Review of NCRs -Review of Variation Orders and contracual claims
* Review of Contractor's interim payment applications as per actual site progress
and approved RFIs
