• Maintain and grow existing accounts.
• Hardware & Software Pre-sales.
• Keep close contacts with Sales Team to Insure the highest level of transfer knowledge and back up the Sales team for any future or current projects.
• Participate in weekly sales planning meeting.
• Coordinate with Operation & Admin.-HR Officer for scheduling, site visit, finalizing the new project (if required).
• Make the required Studies for the New or existing Projects and finds the best solutions to be implement.
• Trains Sales Team and clients through both formal and informal training programs and needed Sales training.

• Coordinate with Admin.-HR officer for Customers calls related to hardware problems in order to schedule the technician for a visit as well repairing the internal HW problems.
• Trains technician and clients through both formal and informal training programs and needed hardware training.
• Follow up with Operation and Admin.-HR Officer on hardware maintenance contracts (New/Renew).
• Up left and transfer knowledge, experience and talent for all workshop staff.
• Encourage customers for maintenance contract and outsourcing.
• Follow up with outsource engineers and technicians onsite and off-site.
• Maintain a good level of spare parts stock for maintenance contract and support.
• Make sure all workshop staff has a good tool, good communication skill and good appearance and shape.
