• Coordinated development of 5 years Contract plans for Pakistan subsidiary, annual performance and quarterly spend forecasts.
• Worked on Global Projects Cost Reduction strategies in over 70 subsidiaries
• Highly involved in both pre-award and post-award phases of downstream contracts including white-oil pipeline project, refinery upgrade project and storage tanks projects, combined worth $200 million.
