•Provide Network Administration, Managing and support of Windows Server 2000/2003 Active Directory based infrastructure DEL (2800, R710) IBM (x336, x346) Server environment, connecting with sites Rahim Yaar Khan Palace, Lahore Palace, Karachi Palace, Kahtor Palace, Sahkaro Sukkur Palace.
•Responsible to Monitor Microsoft Exchange server 2003 and provided Support Ms-Outlook clients.
•Provide support and administration for DNS/DHCP/File/Print/Terminal Servers running on Windows 2003 based environment.
•Responsible to Monitor MS ISA 2000 Server and provide support to the clients.
•Provide planned Maintenance of Windows 2000/2003 servers.
•Responsible to take Disk to Disk and Disk to Disk to Tape Backup Routine for high end disaster recovery plan.
•Monitoring of backup jobs running on Symantec Backup Exec 9.0
•Monitor Patch Management of Servers and Clients through WSUS 2.0 Servers.
•Responsible to Monitor WAN links and in case of failure, provide backup link for smooth working and communicate with ISP for immediate remedy.
•Responsible to provide training/support to users in daily routine PC / software error troubleshooting and Network troubleshooting and virus removing issues.

•In a Team, I am responsible for the overall installation, configuration and maintenance of MS Windows 2000 Advance Server and MS Exchange 2000 Server on IBM & Dell Servers.
•Responsible for the maintenance / configuration of the MS ISA Server 2000.
•Installing and managing FAX server (Faxination Software), Integrated Faxination with Active Directory &
Ms-Exchange 2000 .
•Additional responsibility is to provide training to PC Support team for the configuration of Outlook 2000 for Exchange server 2000. Network troubleshooting and other operating system / virus removing issues.
•Performing daily Backups and routine Health check of MS-Windows 2000 and Exchange server 2000.
•Installation & Configuration of Nortel Networks Equipments, Layer 2/3 switches (Bay Stack 350) in Head Office and central Branches.
•Performed duties in Network Data Center (NDC) as Duty Officer, performing daily bases monitoring of WAN Links through NMS. Management WAN links, Nortel Contivity, Database servers, Application Servers, and performed routine backup and provide on call and personal support for servers and client based issues.
•Performed Backup and Restore of data on VERITAS Backup Exec software
•Also Responsible to update the Forex rates etc on UBL official website.
•Also the part of the team of deployment of Windows 2000 server Active Directory based environment and configuration of client, and insurance of availability of network resources.
•Maintained accurate and up to date network documentation for company’s network.
•Deployed Windows server 2000 based RAS Server to connect the branches (dial-in) for getting emails and daily transactions data, all Karachi Branches.
•Integrated the Topcall hardware, ISDN BRI Faxination Cards with Windows Server 2000 Advanced and integrated with Exchange Server 2000, configure selected user for Email to fax & vice versa to form UMSS as Key team member in Head office, very cost saving solution.

ACG have 200 PC network, containing Windows 98 /Professional 2000 & Apple Macintosh G3 based Clients. I am responsible for troubleshooting, management of systems and networks, troubleshooting Apple Macintosh G3 connectivity with windows, troubleshoot Techonix Plotter Printers. Installation Performed daily backup of the data, procurement of hardware.
