-Maintain effective professional relationships with Customers & IT Service Providers.
-Maintain expert knowledge on all applications & services offered by the data center and its use on systems for various critical systems.
- Asset the presales/sales team for new projects estimations and prices.
As a member of NOC team in an ISP and hosting company with a large Datacenter (+150 server and appliance) my daily tasks includes:
- MS Exchange 2010 & 2013 management (creating Users mailbox and Groups, manage Mailbox features, storage and troubleshooting any issue).
-MS Lync 2013 / Skype for business management (creating Users mailbox and Groups, manage Mailbox features, storage and troubleshooting any issue).
-Active Directory administration 2012 (Creating Users, Groups, Policies & daily tasks).
-Installing & Administration of Corporate AV (MacAfee endpoint security via McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator).
-Data-center Monitoring, installing servers in DC Racks and other Hardware tasks (HP/Dell).
-Windows & Linux Servers installation, management & troubleshooting.
- VMware product installation & management (Vcenter & esxi).
- Install & Managing different DNS servers (windows & Linux OS).
- Installing, securing & supporting Hosting servers / shared service like: Parallel Plesk, DirectAdmin, WHM (Cpanel).
-Managing Backup & restore process for customers (Veeam & Acronis).
- Managing / administration of Cisco Email Security Appliances "C370" for more than 300 customers (shared service) including daily troubleshooting and SPAM monitoring.
-Technical Support (L2) By Service Desk Tickets (company employees and customers).
- Installing support and monitoring service like: OpManager, EventLog Analyzer etc.
- الإشراف علي تصميم و تحديث الشبكة الداخلية LAN للمؤسسة (سيرفرات - سويتشات - توصيلات - برامج).
-مسئول عن أفراد القسم وإدارته والتنسيق بين القسم وباقي أقسام المدارس.
-مسئول عن التدريب التكنولوجي للعاملين وإستقطاب آليات جديدة لإثراء العمل بالتكنولوجيا.
-مسئول عن الشبكة الداخلية للمدارس (380 جهاز حاسب آلي + 4 سيرفرات: Mail Server - Active Directory - ISA 2006- Antivirusِ)
- مسئول عن الدعم الفني وحل المشاكل اليومية للعاملين والأجهزة.
- مسئول عن موقع المدارس (تصميم وإدارة ودعم فني وحل المشاكل المختلفة).
- مسئول عن كاميرات المراقبة داخل المدارس
- مسئول عن أجهزة البصمة واصدار تقارير الغياب/الحضور واﻹنصراف
تدريب طلاب المركز علي منهج شهادة "الرخصة الدولية للحاسب اﻵلي" اﻹصدار الرابع بنظام الساعة (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet)
وقد تم تخريج دفعتين كاملتين من تدريبي داخل المركز .

وقد تم تدريب الطلاب لمدة عام كامل
-العمل في جزء البيع بالتجزئة في الشركة (طابعات - أجهزة حاسب آلي استيراد الخارج - أكسسورات الحاسب الآلي ...)
-العمل في تجميع وصيانة أجهزة الحاسب اﻵلي.
- الدعم الفني بعد البيع (تليفون - في المنزل).
بكالوريوس في العلوم بتقدير جيد - 73.4 % الترتيب رقم 11 علي مستوي الكلية.
