-Managing and tracking all expansion Activities done in Etisalat network inside Cairo.
- Managing and tracking Major and Minor Expansion actions.
- Managing and tracking 2G-3G-TRM-Microcell and civil work expansion activities.
-Making the Plan and following with the project target.
-Arrange all acceptance visits for Expansion actions and send FBs to Etisalat.
-Prepare all daily, monthly and yearly reports about the Expansion.
-Follow the rectification sent from subcontractors.
-Analyze SQIs for the visited actions per action/subcontractor.
-Auditing on PM actions and follow rectifications.
-Audit On subcontractor PM actions.
-Audit on battery expansion and replacement actions.
-Checking all Network Expansion actions installation as per Specs.
-Assure that all new actions in the site improves site quality and prevent any SQI degradation

Site quality acceptance for Etisalat sites (Macro, Micro and Indoor)
Responsible for site (Civil-RF-Telecom) acceptance & quality control inspection
Civil work in the site (installation for towers-Shelters-..)
Power Distribution system (PDB-Generators….)
Earth system and site safety
Checking Etisalat approved materials
All as Etisalat specifications
Telecom and RF (MW, UHF antennas, TMAs, RRU, Feeders and IF inspection)
Huawei and Ericsson cabinets (Indoor, Outdoor, Microcell) installation inspection
Supervision and installation for Cell sites, implies Civil & Power & Telecom works
Following up with sub-contractor and daily reporting
Checking NTRA protocol compliance
Acceptance for all site Expansion scenarios

Responsible of the quality and acceptance of the GSM, 3G sites for Etisalat Misr 3rd mobile service provider in Egypt
including:
-Civil installation
-RF installation
-Telecomm installation
All as per Etisalat specifications
