-Responsible to develop and maintain professional and meaningful Client relationship.
-Responsible to determine the functional and spatial requirements of the project in consultation with the prospect Clients and Concept Designers.
-Administers activities of studio members to ensure performance of the team.
-Monitors the progress and quality of work by the team to ensure proper execution with the required level of accuracy.
-Monitor work output of the teams in terms of Quality standards and timely delivery and takes adequate measures to rectify any sub-standard outputs.
-Represent the company and attend official meetings with various statutory authorities as when required.
-Attends to any direct instructions from GM - PCS regarding the development and progress of the production design drawings.
-Assists Senior Management in responding to RFP (Request for Proposal) of clients if need arises.
-Support subordinates to respond to RFIs from the Contractors at tender stage.
-Prepare workflow for the team and periodic performance review of subordinates regarding performance, productivity and compliance to the established company & industry standards.
-Guide others and apply Computer assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
-Examine material samples and other submittals with respect to standard specification before presenting to clients.
-Responsible to plan, coordinate and manage cost effective preparation and production of Architectural drawings throughout the various stages of Project Design life cycle and across the Studios.
-Prepare detailed list of deliverables for the project including no. of drawings and associated time and cost at Proposal stage.
-Responsible of all Architecture work of the Architectural department such as architecture design, interior design and urban design.

I was responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects. Also assisting Project Manager in coordinating all contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications.
-during this period i joined to finish Prima life resort in full, including the rooms, restaurants, health club and the main kitchen.
-Designing & Execution of roof café at same resort.
- organizing and supervising role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations
- apply designs and plans to mark out the site and can be involved in projects ranging from small scale to multi-million pound ventures. This may include civil, road, rail and other infrastructure projects.
- I was working as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, engineers, construction managers, supervisors, planners, surveyors and subcontractors. I was sharing responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resources
