Responsible for the implementation for IMS which addresses the Management System to be adopted in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 31000:2018 & ISO 22301:2012
Ensuring that the IMS is issued, implementation and maintained at all levels
Periodic review of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) of Transmission Power Division
Periodic review of Divisional & Departmental Risk Register and KRIs.
Fulfill department requirements related to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and comply ISO 3100:2018 standard requirements
See to it that the Company IMS Policy statement is properly disseminated understood and applied its implementations by among the staff and project personnel.
Ensuring promotion of awareness of customer requirements in respect of IMS throughout the organization.
Coordination with consultant, contractors, certifying bodies, external institutions, etc.
Prepares Internal Audit program for each calendar year and organize Audit team for its implementation at the project level.
Participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM) as the Management formal forum of discussions in presenting and seeking resolution/corrective actions to the reported and outstanding Non-compliance reports and customer complaints of the project. Manage follow up on point of IMS Audits.
Provides technical assistance to the Project task force in the preparation of the Project QHSE Plan and its updating.
Provide other technical assistance to the top management in preparation of other relevant project documents.
Liaise with respective parties and update of Departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in periodic manner
Monitor, implement and report department KPI’s, SLA Performance & Division’s Balance Scorecard.
Team member to implement Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP).
Conduct awareness sessions on DEWA Strategy, Corporate Excellence, QMS, EMS, OHSAS, ERM and BCM.
Conduct annual SWOT analysis and develop objectives/KPIs
Execute BCM Mock drill as per plan
• Head of QA/QC Dept and handling 6 QA/QC Engineers and 9 Inspectors in the project site and the factories.
• Responsible for the preparation of Method Statement (MS), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Quality Control Checklist (QCC), Project Quality Plan and HSE Plan as per the contract requirements.
• Handling Production and Site Quality activities against approved MS, ITP & QCL in periodic manner.
• Preparing reply sheet as per Client/Consultant comments on the MS and other related Quality Documents.
• Co-ordinate with the Client, Consultant on QHSE issues.
• Responsible for the Implementation of QHSE Management System
• Responsible for the organization Continual Improvement methodology by conducting regular client feedback analysis, lessons learned reports, Internal/External NCR’s and analyzing the opportunities for the improvements.
• Liaise with the Tender Department for the technical submissions.
• Responsible for conducting Internal Audit and Second Party audit on ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & BS OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
• Overall responsibility for all kind of quality issues.
• Ensuring Client’s requirements are incorporated into working instructions and relevant quality documentation such as Method of Statements, Project Quality Control Plan etc, prepare & review Inspection and Test plans; Undertake and record Mandatory quality checks/ quality gates.
• Co-ordinate with QHSE Engineer to ensure that no work is undertaken until all relevant safety documentation /Local Management Instruction in place; Machines and equipment are properly maintained and safe to operate etc.
• Conducting Internal QHSE audits as per procedures & guidelines
• Providing suitable quality methods for problem solving, avoidance of non conformance and failure analysis.
• Developing and implementing the procedures, processes and relevant formats and form as per ISO standard.
• Responsible for the organization Continual Improvement methodology by conducting regular client feedback analysis, lessons learned reports, Internal/External NCR’s and analyzing the opportunities for the improvements.
• Assist in the implementation and Maintenance of Quality Management System with each of the developing organizational units in accordance with ISO Procedures.
• Maintained product integrity by ensuring parts provided to manufacturing met quality standards for engineering specifications, including ISO standards.
• Directed team of quality inspectors evaluating plans and assemblies.
• Supervision of QA staff, budget management, resource planning, corporate audits, supplier/vendor control.
