• Dealing with the main suppliers and sub-suppliers for negotiating the best shipping modes, for best payments terms and delivery terms to achieve the company targets.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders.
• Reviewing Documentation prior shipping.
• Arranging payments for suppliers.
• Preparing shipping instructions to the suppliers.
• Following forwarders for pick up shipments.
• Ensure the accuracy of shipping documentations before the arrival shipments.
• Issue the insurance requests.

• Measuring supplier’s KPI on monthly & quarterly bases to ensure the stability of the business quality.
• Supervising a team & insuring their adequate trainings and cross-training; to achieve the company’s vision & mission.
• Develop and implement methodologies and tools to enable effective execution of logistic plans.
• Market Researching for the best shipping companies and forwarders.
• Good communication skills including ability to prepare and present concise oral and written logistics operations reports, briefings, updates and other documentation.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to lead teamwork sessions; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
