During this period, I have also taken a project manager role leading a mission critical facility fit-out project of +2, 500sqm total Built-Up Area (BUA) for a confidential government entity in UAE. This facility consists of +600sqm of data center white space, +500sqm NOC & SOC (Network Operating Center, Security Operation Center), Staff Training Facility, and several staff operations offices.
The project duration was total of 8 months, successfully completed with high customer satisfaction.
• Managed HP’s data center facilities consulting business in the Middle East.
• Pursued, developed, negotiated and closed data center consulting opportunities for customers in different segments.
• Presented corporate-based methodology and value proposition that address customer's business needs.
• Established a professional, working, and consultative relationship with clients at C level by developing a core understanding of their unique business needs.
• Provided high level strategic and tactical planning for data centers, and other mission critical facilities.
• Provided guidance and testing programs to improve the operational functionality, efficiency and overall reliability of existing data center.
• Developed Scope of Work, Project Plans, and Strategies to meet customers’ business objectives.
Mohammad Bin Rashid Smart Learning Program, UAE
• Managed a complete design and build of IT and network infrastructure for 123 schools across 6 emirates in UAE within 10 weeks, with miles of copper and fiber cables, hands-on work in extremely difficult conditions.
• In charge of five project managers and 15 subcontractors.
• On time delivery with top quality and highest level of customer satisfaction.

• SABIC, Audit and peer review for three data centers in Riyadh, Jubail, and Hadeed - DC Consultant
• Dubai Bank, Data Center Design Audit, Design Principal.
• Information Technology Authority- Muscat, Data Center Audit - DC Consultant
• Team leader of 4 engineers, and 4 technicians.
• Designed, built and managed all systems and infrastructure required for mission critical facilities such as data centers and server rooms.
• Certified APC (Part of Schneider Electric now) and Liebert (Part of Emerson Network Power now) products hardware & software.
