- To design, develop and layout all brochures, flyers, pamphlets, posters, presentations and other print media as requested by Tech/Marketing/Sales.
- To design and develop all online banners in both animated gifs and flash formats with monthly update frequency. To design and develop all online promotional mailers and MARCOMs in HTML track able format.
- To design all charts and graphs for use in promotional materials and the Bayt.com website. To develop and handle all the graphic design aspects of online site demos and tutorials using flash.
- To design and develop Bayt.com User Interface framework including Web and Desktop applications Interfaces.
- To carry out other activities as requested by the management or other Bayt.com departments including participating in special projects and cross-functional teams.
- To document in detail all of the above mentioned responsibilities.
I'm directly responsible of managing a team of developers to design and develop web sites and web applications to reach client satisfactory and requirements. Clients who vary from governmental organizations to private companies. Another part of my job is to meet with those client representatives to understand there needs and detailed requirements in order to present them with the best solution. On a later stage it was also my duty to present them with the proposed solution after reaching a plan of it with my team. My work also covered initial web site designs and over seeing the work and development of the team until the completion of the project.
Projects I worked on covered e-government solutions, CRM, corporate portals, company web sites, school management systems and corporate identities and logos.
I was responsible for promoting different products of hp to customers. These products varied from Printers (from all types) to Digital cameras, palm tops, desktops and laptops. Another side of My job was to be ready to help the stores sales persons when asked about any technical aspect of any product by customers. Now being a student of computer science allowed me to have the proper background to be precise and ready to answer any of the customers need for further information.More over it was my responsibility to give the customers a proper demonstration of any of the products. This was a very good opportunity for me to get my self-acquainted with the Dubai market environment and to work for such a large corp. as Hewlett Packard.
When working in the line of insurance you have to be equipped with the ability to handle customers issues as well as you can. Cause most customers are there after having to go throw some difficult times after being in an accident. So trust was the first thing to be built in those minutes the customers spends at the office. My duties there were to give out insurance policies for any customer who’s thinking of traveling by car outside the UAE, to attend to customers with accident reports and make sure that all their papers are ready, to update all there data on the companies data base and to help them throw the procedure until they take back their cars fully serviced and to their satisfactory.
Due to the fact that Touhama Computer Center is one of the biggest computers, peripherals, and accessories suppliers in the northern and eastern areas of Syria. The Huge numbers of products needs a very professional promoters, My position required me to have a full understanding of the specifications of each product, of course my field of profession in the Electronic Engineering - Computer Section was a good help for me in this regard, and allowed me to manage and direct the team efficiently.Even after my Employment at Touhama was terminated, I was called by the Managers to be a promoters team director in the periodical exhibitions in the city of Aleppo and Damascus.
