Responsibilities:
•Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, procurement and all configurations.
•Handle incoming help and service requests in in entire APAC region, referred by the IT Service Desk.
•Ensures a timely resolution and escalates non-resolvable issues to higher-level teams.
•Assist teams on testing and deploying software and patch management for both MS Windows and Mac OS X.
•Serves as the IT liaison to all employees and provides high-touch desk side and remote technical assistance during and after regular business hours due to an emergency.
