To undertake all the activities for official submission / collection of application approval and timely processing of various legal documents.
Prepare and arrange all types of application through online for immigration and labour for new / renewal of labour card, residence visa, visit visa, cancellation, amendment etc. as per the approval from the management.
Follow and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure for processing of / delivery of assigned services.
Responding to staff queries on visa / labour / passport related matters.
Prepare all types of applications for TECOM (DMC).
Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
Direct contact with all government departments and should have good working relationships with all departments and ensure all official formalities are completed on time.
Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution.
Ensuring that all visa application such as visit, employment, residence, termination, work permits, & labour cards are presented and completed on time in order to comply with government laws and regulations.
Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail, electricity
Coordinate with govt authorities to adhere with the new rules. Develop relationships with govt dept in order to ensure issues are resolved diligently.
Responsible for company vehicle registration & and renewal.
Send employees a notification on documentation required prior to their visa/labour card expiring
Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependants
Responsible for other related documents for employees and companies
Visa cancellation and accompany the employee as they exit the country
Preparing and issuing offer letters, memos, salary certificate, and service certificate & warning letter etc. with all supporting documents.
Assisting in structuring of human resource system, implementation of policies and procedures
Manage and Update staff personal database and files.
Following-up on employees complaints and coordinating with concerned personnel
Take care of confidential files, matters and documents
Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
Provide other admin support as needed.
