• Have developed & maintained a successful & excellent association with all the travel partners including but not limited to all ARC & Non ARC travel agents, Consolidators, Corporate Clients, Tour Operators, Travel Management companies, Marine Agents & all other Commercial Clients
• Responsibilities included were to monitor Airline Market share & competitors activities in the designated region & to recommend suggested fares according to the seasonality to the pricing department to achieve targeted revenue to the best of my ability. Tracking of revenue for all above mentioned travel partners was one of the key responsibilities on monthly basis
• Managed to finalize incentive groups on a regular basis with high yield revenue through excellent communication skills although seats were available in low yield classes
• The commercial clients were made aware of Airline products & services on a regular basis & maintained relationships with high yield specified accounts to ensure to sustain the revenue on a monthly or quarterly basis
• Have monitored, assisted & worked with all the Sales Rep in different regions & territories in such a way that have accumulated their total field experience & was fully aware of the market activities for all the travel partners
• Have assisted & played a key role in preparing yearly business plans, budgets & completing head office projects for Global Sales Conference
