Assigned as a Package (26 School Projects) Construction Manager under the King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Public Education Project. The role of PCM is to represent the client (Tatweer Building Co.) in construction of these projects and managing the Contractors and Consultant; in addition we build capability and transfer knowledge to Client, Contractors and Consultant.

The main construction elements include:

Construction of Amman water syatem improvement. Consisting of Ductile Iron Pipes installation 8.50 kilometers, Flow Control Valves, Pressure Reducing Valves, and rehabilitation of 66 exixting PRVs.

Construction of Suf Trunk Sewer Line 8.50 kilometers, consisting different type of pipes as HDPE Profile Wall 460mm, 315mm, 400mm and 500mm uPVC Pipe, 150mm & 200mm Concrete Pipe, construction of 900mm & 1000mm diameter Precast and Cast in Siue Manholes, reiforced concrete encasement. in addition to rock fill mattress, demolition and decommissioning of existing manholes. Contract Value is USD $3, 851, 920.00

 Sanitary sewer connections of over 200 households.

 More than 20 separate sewer extension projects totaling more than 5 kilometers.

 Refurbishment of the Jerash Slaughterhouse including upgrades to the building wastewater handling, interior, exterior, plumbing, and electrical.

 Suf Trunk Line replacemnet design.

 Installation of on site wastewater disposal systems.

Responsibilities include:

 Overseeing pre-design studies including geotechnical site surveys.
 Preparing construction cost estimates.
 Preparing bid documents for above mentioned projects.

 Checking the shop drawings and monitoring the material needed in the project.
